Temple of Me

Welcome. All web sites are temples to their creators. Temple of Me will reflect what interests me, Temple of Me. I am a husband, father (twice), American, and liberal. I live in a "Red state" in the South. I am nearsighted, ambidextrous and over 30. Actually, I'm 153.33% of thirty.

This headline isn't silly

This headline is silly: "US now outraged by a naked man!"

Not true. The vast majority of the US enjoys a naked man every now and then.

But the point of the story is that Barnes and Noble has refused to carry an art magazine that had a cover showing a sculpture of a nude man. That, of course, means I must put here:

Barnes and Nobles is pro-censorship

You'll love the description of the sculpture: "Burford, in Adelaide visiting family, said his work was supposed to evoke sympathy for a man who exhilarates in wetting himself in his dead mother's sewing room."

Isn't art wonderful?
