This was sent to me as posted on my domain hosting service listserv:

Of course it was completely off topic and I wrote and said so: "I don't really know you or Rob. But, like both of you, I'm a member of Cornerhost. Since this isn't a moderated listserve members are expected to help each other stay on topic. With that in mind I, for one, believe personal statements such as yours have no place on this listserve.
His reply:
Temple of Mey, In case you didn't hear we just had the most important election of your lifetime. And adding a little color and bite to the mix on post-election day even on this holy listserve, isn't going to hurt anyone. Granted the performance degradation of Titanium is much more important to us bitheads...Enough said, I agree, let's try to get back to business. - Harry
Of course, "Harry" makes sure he doesn't sign his last name. I also love the not-to-subtle put downs. Then, he wants to get back to business. It looks like Harry wants to have the last word.
